Damien FegerDamien Feger graduated in 1984 from Ecole Centrale Paris Engineering school, followed by a Master of Science in Naval Architecture and Off Shore Engineering from University of Berkeley, California. He subsequently spent two decades in space cryogenic engineering activities, in several major companies working on various projects, ranging from the Ariane space launcher to the international Space station. In 2000, he joined the Snecma rocket engine division to develop a new business of equipment for LNG terminals and carriers, and then, in 20212 decided to create NG3 to propose innovative equipments to reduce the shipping industry emissions, such as the PLUG.
Supporting shore power for future large full electric RoPax projects
This paper will present the main characteristics of recent and on-going projects of PLUG shore power as well as review the new developments we foresee. In particular to support future full electric large RoPax projects which are coming up in the constant need to reduce shipping emissions.
