Todd Sterling

Todd has been in the environmental field for over 30 years, 22 with the California Air Resources Board. He has worked on several CARB regulations. Todd was the lead staff on the original commercial harbor craft regulation in the mid-2000s. Since then, he has been developing regulations in the on- and off-road vehicle and equipment. In the last few years, he has lead demonstration projects with a goal of removing diesel engines and move to zero-emission vehicles and equipment. Todd is currently leading the Clean Off-Road Equipment Incentive Project or CORE – incentivizing zero-emission off-road equipment.
