Brian Hill

Brian Hill is Western Gulf Gateway Director on MARAD. He is responsible for all the ports, waterways, and intermodal connections and corridors in Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado and New Mexico. Brian also acts as the local point of contact for the Department of Transportation and MARAD review teams, concerning application processes for federal grants and loans. Brian is an experienced maritime law and Coast Guard attorney. He served in the U.S. Coast Guard before joining MARAD in 2011
