Ron Wille

Ron had a 10-year working relationship with All American Marine (AAM) before joining the company in autumn 2018. Prior to coming on board at AAM, he had nearly two decades of vessel operations experience in Alaska. He was promoted to president and chief operating officer of All American Marine in April 2021. He graduated from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan in 1993. He has a BSc in business administration with a major in finance. Ron also holds a current United States Coast Guard, Merchant Mariner license.

Construction of the first US hydrogen fuel cell passenger vessel

This presentation will outline the lessons learned when building the Sea Change. There will not be any one-size-fits-all solutions to replace the internal combustion engine. However, hydrogen fuel cell technology has the potential to leapfrog traditional diesel and hybrid electric propulsion methods as one of the most beneficial for maritime applications.
